Under the model designation 020036MB011M50XYZR, SUYIN is presenting two greatly miniaturized surface-mount I/O connector receptacles with a design that is similar to the Mini-USB format. These 11-contact receptacles can be combined with the corresponding mating plug, including a customer-specific ready-made cable. Depending on the specific receptacle variant, the dimensions are 9.1 x 10.2 x 4.0mm for the 00ZR version with SMT and THT solder tabs (but without guide pins), and 9.1 x 9.5 x 4.0mm for the 01ZR version with SMT solder tabs and two guide pins. The 00ZR version features countersunk mounting on the PCB (in-board mounting), which significantly reduces its height above the board to just 2.95mm. At order quantities above the defined minimum, SUYIN also supplies the corresponding 020038FB I/O mating plug as a ready-made cable to match customer specifications.
Other technical specifications include the contact current capacity of 30Vac/1.0 A per pin, the contact resistance of 50mΩ (max.), the insulation resistance of 100mΩ (min., initial) and the operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C.
Typical areas of application for this 11-pin I/O connector include devices and systems for consumer electronics, such as mobile phones, DECT telephones, PDAs, digital cameras, video cameras, MP3 players and GPS devices as well as particularly demanding applications in industrial and automotive electronics.
These receptacles are supplied in tape & reel packaging; the mating plugs are supplied on trays and are available in minimum order quantities of 80,000 pieces per year or more.
